How does a pay direct drug work?

The employee is given a card with which to purchase prescription drugs. At point of sale the employee is required to pay the co insurance or deductible applicable, and does not have to pay the full cost of the prescription.

What do I need to send in a health claim?

To submit an eligible health expense you will need to complete an extended health care claim form with your group policy and ID numbers and correct address. Submit the completed claim form with original receipts to the insurance provider.
